Earps has been named as one of three finalists for FIFA's The Best Goalkeeper Award. The stopper is in contention along with Spain and Barcelona's Catalina Coll as well as Australia's No. 1 Mackenzie Arnold. The winner will be announced at a ceremony in London on 15 January 2024. All three players starred at the Women's World Cup in the summer. Coll was part of the Spain squad that won the tournament, Earps took home the Golden Glove award and Arnold kept four clean sheets for the Matildas.

Earps has already picked up a host of individual awards after shining for the Lionesses and Manchester United. She has been named England Women’s Player of the Year, claimed the Sportswomen of the Year prize at the British Sports Journalism Awards as well as the BBC Women's Footballer of the Year 2023. The stopper has also been nominated for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Award.
